Becoming a client of Tower Hill Associates

Whilst Tower Hill Associates occasionally offers new clients one off advice the company’s focus is increasingly on the promotion of their flagship Ongoing Financial Planning Service – an independent trusted adviser service incorporating financial, investment and retirement planning advice.

This service is usually only cost effective for clients with investable assets, including pension funds, of at least £250k or with gross household income of a similar amount with the ability to make significant annual savings.

We recognise that signing up to our service is a big decision which is why we offer 4 Free No Obligation Steps before you decide.

1. Initial discussion on the telephone
This is just to check whether the service is potentially what you are looking for and to obtain a thumb nail sketch of your circumstances. If it is then a free no obligation meeting usually held in our Richmond offices will be offered.

2. Initial meeting
This is a meeting for you to find out more about what we do and will include a visual media presentation of the financial planning process. It is also an opportunity to find out more about your circumstances and by the end of the meeting we should both know whether the service is potentially suitable. If it is then we will write to you with our proposal.

3. Written Proposal
This sets out in greater detail the scope of work given your particular circumstances and where we add value. In addition there is not only full disclosure of Tower Hill Associate’s Fees but also an estimate of the total fees involved including those from third parties e.g. fund and platform charges.

4. Further meeting
This is to go through the finer points of our proposal which if you are happy with you will be invited to sign up or alternatively you can decide at a later date.
